Attention student members of SCB!
06/17/2013
The Student Affairs Subcommittee within the Society for Conservation Biology (SCB) has designed a survey aimed at reaching students, with the main goal of assessing current levels of student membership within the Society. The survey will centralize data on student membership, student involvement with SCB Chapters, and geographic distribution of student members. In addition, the survey will identify the range of conservation/research interests of student members, collect their opinions on the most pressing global and local current conservation issues, and how these issues could be effectively addressed.
If you are a student member of SCB, we invite you to fill this survey by July 19, 2013 and preferably much earlier than that. The survey will only require around 5 minutes of your time and is accessible at:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SCB_Student_2013
The results will be presented in a 2013 issue of the SCB Newsletter. The Student Affairs Subcommittee thanks you in advance for your time commitment for this survey.
